Chrysler Pacifica

A big celebration is underway because the Chrysler brand and the Autism Society of America are honoring their one-year anniversary of joining forces to support those in the autism community. Their goal of partnering up is to make traveling more comfortable for anyone with autism and their family and friends. Three 2024 Chrysler Pacifica minivans were donated to the Autism Society’s Road to Acceptance project to help the autism community with its Calm Cabin Package.

“The Chrysler brand is proud to continue our long-term partnership with the Autism Society of America as we work together to support and enhance the mobility needs of those in the Autism community. The Chrysler Pacifica with the Calm Cabin package makes life on the road more comfortable, safer, and a little easier, and we’re excited to collaborate with the Autism Society moving forward to find more ways to make the driving experience even more harmonious.” -Chris Feuell, Chrysler brand CEO – Stellantis.

Calm Cabin Package

Chrysler and the Autism of America will join forces to support individuals with autism and their loved ones with all their driving needs. A new Calm Cabin package for a Chrysler Pacifica will help it become a sensory-supported vehicle. April 5th was a big day at the 2023 New York International Auto Show because Chrysler announced its collaboration with the Autism Society. The Chrysler Pacifica has been known for being a family-friendly vehicle for quite some time, and their new partnership will help improve the interior even more.

The partnership will help make travel more comfortable and support better arrangements, educational resources, and more. Throughout April (2023), the Chrysler brand helped motivate their followers on social media to donate to the Autism Society and spread awareness. Another thing: the Chrysler brand will also give a one-year loan of three 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle vehicles to the Autism Society. In return, the Autism Society will help guide the success of Chrysler products and help with training to increase a better experience for the autism community that interacts with dealerships nationwide.

Here are a few things the Calm Cabin package offers:

  • Adjustable straps.
  • Five front pockets.
  • Cordless Bluetooth light.
  • A sound therapy machine.
  • A soft touch travel pillow.
  • A 12 lb weighted sensory blanket.

The Autism Society of America has done a lot of work to spread awareness and provide people with resources to help as best as possible. It will continue the fight to help accommodate those who need it.

2024 Pacifica/Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid

Two new minivans joining the Chrysler lineup are the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica and the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid. A major bonus is that the Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid qualifies for a $7,500 federal tax credit. The Pacifica comes with a very luxurious interior, offers all-wheel-drive (AWD), a large sunroof, and seats up to eight passengers.

As for the plug-in hybrid model, it’s the first hybrid minivan, gets 80 MPGe in electric-only mode, and an improved version of the 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 gas engine. A few new features for the 2024 models include: the Pacifica Pinnacle gets a new interior color, and two new exterior colors, and the Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid will come in two models. Chrysler will forever be known for producing some of the best minivans and the Pacifica/Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid are perfect examples of that.
